Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Operations Specialist based in the United States to support planning, coordination, and execution of security, protection, and client operations across a dynamic environment.

You will collaborate with operations leaders, protective personnel, clients, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are organized and delivered effectively, while supporting staffing, travel logistics, credentialing, compliance, and risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in executive protection, protective operations, corporate security, or related field.
• Experience coordinating personnel, travel, equipment, or operational resources.
• Client-facing experience in security or protective services environment recommended.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of client security and protective operations.
• Assist with protective staffing, advance work, and scheduling.
• Manage travel logistics, credentialing, and compliance as required.
