Job summary

AT-RISK International is seeking an Operations Specialist to support planning, coordination, and execution of client engagements and internal security operations. You will assist with partner management, protective staffing, travel logistics, credentialing, and special projects while coordinating with Operations leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in Executive Protection or security operations.
• Experience supporting protective operations, advance work, and security logistics.
• Experience coordinating personnel, partners, vendors, or operational resources.
• Experience in a client-facing security or protective services environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with licensing, credentialing, regulatory compliance, or operational recordkeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, protective, logistical, and risk mitigation support for client engagements and internal operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Executive Protection, secure transportation, and other protective operations.
• Coordinate staffing requirements for protective operations and manage partner rosters.
• Conduct advance work and prepare operational briefings and recommendations.
• Maintain communications with clients, partners, protective personnel, and internal stakeholders before, during, and after assignments.
• Provide remote support outside normal hours and participate in on-call rotations.
• Support surveillance, risk mitigation activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with licensing, credentialing, documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Maintain project records, timekeeping, expenses, and internal deliverables.
