Job summary

KK Legal & Advisory Services is seeking an Operations Specialist to keep multiple systems moving, own inbound lead intake in Lawmatics, and ensure timely follow-up. The role emphasizes building and documenting SOPs, setting up clients in Clio, and maintaining accurate records across platforms.

The position offers remote work for U.S.-based candidates and West Coast hours, with Los Angeles candidates preferred.

Qualifications

3+ years in operations, administration, or practice management in a law firm or professional-services environment.
Tech-savvy with ability to learn multiple software platforms quickly.
Experience with legal practice-management and client-intake software; Lawmatics and Clio preferred.
Built SOPs, documented processes, or improved technology-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

Own inbound lead intake in Lawmatics and ensure timely follow-up.
Ensure no prospective client falls through the cracks; respond within 24 hours.
Prepare and deliver a consolidated daily contact report to leadership.
Set up new clients and matters in Clio the same day an engagement is signed.
Keep client and matter records accurate and consistent; support scheduling and document prep.
