Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Process Administrator in Columbus, OH to deliver reliable customer service and handle a variety of moderately complex tasks under minimal supervision.

The role includes processing HomeSavers requests, payments, delinquency communications, and document research. A High School Diploma or GED and 1 year processing experience are required; strong MS Office, typing, and communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of work experience in a processing type function.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, and the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm required.
• Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily work assignments including collector and HomeSavers requests.
• Perform payment research and posting.
• Issue delinquency letters and update contact information.
• Process HomeSavers applications and delinquency scripts.
• Handle email requests and refer escalated accounts to manager.
