Job summary

Start.io is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Specialist to support Account Executives remotely from the US East Coast timezone alignment. You will translate client requests into actionable audience segments and manage cross‑platform campaigns across Yahoo! and Start.io DSPs.

In this role you will handle PMP deal setups, reporting, and client communications, while learning our internal tools and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to deliver efficient, accurate results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Self-motivated with strong time management in a remote setting.
• Excellent written communication via email with clients.
• Experience with data, agency, or digital advertising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audience creation: translate requests into segments using pre-built taxonomy.
• Audience activation across 3rd‑party platforms and ensure delivery.
• PMP deal setup and troubleshooting across platforms.
• Campaign creation across Yahoo! and Start.io DSPs.
• Generate and aggregate reports for internal and external clients.
• Maintain processes to fulfill requests quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate with clients via email and with Sales/Marketing teams.
