Job summary

Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking an Operations Program Manager to oversee 3P Retail operations, supply fulfillment, and warehouse management across North America on a contract basis. You will coordinate with warehouse partners, service providers, and external vendors to ensure performance, compliance, and scalable processes.

The role requires hands-on program management in retail operations, vendor management, and continuous improvement, with travel within the U.S. and Canada as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project or program management within retail operations, supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
• 3+ years managing repair & maintenance, supply fulfillment, warehouse operations or 3PL providers.
• Experience supporting large-scale multi-location retail environments.
• Vendor management including SLAs, RFPs, contracts, scorecards and escalation reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations with warehouse partners, service providers, and third-party vendors across North America.
• Monitor performance, service quality, compliance, and KPI achievement.
• Track CAPA actions, audit readiness, documentation integrity, and non-compliance trends.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and scalable operational workflows.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency, cost, inventory management and warehouse utilization.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, warehouse providers, and logistics vendors to resolve issues.
• Support repair/maintenance programs, supply fulfillment, and multi-site retail operations.
• Assist with product launches, retail refreshes, budgeting, and special projects.
