ABCO is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. This remote role offers 30-40 hours per week at $28/hr.

You will lead through data, maintain schedules, and ensure projects progress according to deadlines. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of people leadership, strong KPI analytics, excellent communication, and the ability to address performance issues directly in a fast‑paced operation that doesn't always fit a traditional 9‑5 schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience in operations.
• Ability to manage through data and KPIs.
• Organized, decisive, and accountable.
• Able to learn a complex operation quickly.
• Comfortable with flexible hours and a non-traditional schedule.
• Experience in construction/maintenance environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own employee reviews.
• Build and manage schedules.
• Review reports and identify performance gaps.
• Hold Team Leaders accountable for results.
• Drive corrective action when targets are missed.
• Ensure work is progressing on time.
• Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
• Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.
