Job summary

Abco Maintenance Inc. is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to oversee performance across assigned operational teams. The role is remote, 30-40 hours per week, paying $28 per hour.

You will lead, review performance data, and drive improvements through Team Leaders to ensure timely progress and accountability. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of people leadership, strong data/KPI experience, and the ability to learn a complex operation quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.
• Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.
• Organized, decisive and accountable.
• Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
• Willing to address performance issues directly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.
• Facilities experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own employee reviews.
• Build and manage schedules.
• Review reports and identify performance gaps.
• Hold Team Leaders accountable for results.
• Drive corrective action when targets are missed.
• Ensure work is progressing on time.
• Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
• Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.
