ABCO Maintenance Inc seeks an Operations Performance Manager to drive performance across assigned operational teams. The role is remote, 30-40 hours per week, at $28/hr, overseeing reviews, schedules, and KPI-driven improvements.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of people leadership, comfort with data, and the ability to manage through Team Leaders in a fast-paced, non-traditional schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.
• Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.
• Organized, decisive and accountable.
• Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
• Willing to address performance issues directly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9-5 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own employee reviews.
• Build and manage schedules.
• Review reports and identify performance gaps.
• Hold Team Leaders accountable for results.
• Drive corrective action when targets are missed.
• Ensure work is progressing on time.
• Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
• Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.
