Job summary

ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking an Operations Performance Manager to lead remote teams and drive performance across assigned operations. You will oversee schedules, reviews, and accountability through Team Leaders, using data and KPIs to close gaps and ensure timely progress.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and flexibility for non-traditional hours. Experience in facilities is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing performance across operations.
• Comfortable using data and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible hours and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Construction/maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Must meet all pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own employee reviews.
• Build and manage schedules.
• Review reports and identify performance gaps.
• Hold Team Leaders accountable for results.
• Drive corrective action when targets are missed.
• Ensure work is progressing on time.
• Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
• Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.
