ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking an operations performance manager to oversee performance across assigned operational teams in a remote-friendly role. You will lead through Team Leaders, review reports, and drive improvements to meet targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accountability and clear structure.

Qualifications

• Strong people-leadership experience, 5+ years experience.
• Comfortable managing through data and KPIs.
• Organized, decisive and accountable.
• Able to quickly learn a complex operation.
• Willing to address performance issues directly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operation that does not always fit a traditional 9'5 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own employee reviews.
• Build and manage schedules.
• Review reports and identify performance gaps.
• Hold Team Leaders accountable for results.
• Drive corrective action when targets are missed.
• Ensure work is progressing on time.
• Improve structure, consistency and accountability.
• Manage through Team Leaders - not by working individual accounts.
