Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead operations across 1–3 facilities, owning site performance and team development. You will manage labor, training, and daily execution while partnering with HR and Compliance to uphold safety and quality.

The role emphasizes autonomy, process improvements, and scalable operations for residents and property teams. You will drive attendance, performance, and route optimization, ensuring SLA adherence, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

3+ years of people leadership in operations or warehouse management.
Experience in last‑mile delivery or high‑growth startups.
Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

Manage multi‑site warehouse operations across 1–3 facilities, including labor planning and staffing coordination.
Directly manage warehouse supervisors and hourly staff, including performance management and coaching.
Review timesheets, overtime, and attendance to ensure site accountability.
Train and develop warehouse staff including drivers and supervisors.
Foster a culture of safety and wellbeing, complying with OSHA and security standards.
Lead day‑to‑day execution and partner with remote teams to drive performance.
Conduct daily stand‑ups with warehouse staff on SLA performance and safety.
Use operational reports to drive data‑informed decisions and optimize routes.
