• 5+ years of experience in operations management within BPO or customer service environments.
• Proven experience leading operational teams and contact center structures.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing international clients.
• Strong profitability orientation and KPI-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of customer service programs and ensure KPI/SLA adherence.
• Lead, develop, and support Team Leaders and operational teams.
• Manage client relationships and conduct business review meetings.
• Monitor profitability, costs, and efficiency; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, and WFM teams to enhance results.
• Support transitions, ramp-ups, and new service launches.
