Job summary

JM Services and Consulting, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee our California region and adjacent markets. You will drive growth, optimize operations, and ensure client satisfaction while mentoring a team of operations managers.

The role requires a strong background in operations, data-driven decision making, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Travel within the region is expected as part of developing client relationships and improving service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a consulting or service-based industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
