Job summary

PNC is seeking an Operations Consultant for its Commercial Lending Operations, with the role based remotely in select locations. A law degree or equivalent deep loan-documentation expertise is highly preferred to guide day-to-day inquiries and ensure compliance.

You will lead critical operational support, establish performance metrics, and drive process improvements while collaborating with executives and partners. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• A law degree is strongly preferred due to the role and extensive experience in commercial loan documentation.
• Strong legal background and deep expertise in loan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Leads operational support and implementation of complex services within an operational unit.
• Establishes performance measurements and communicates statistics to stakeholders.
• Oversees workflow, escalations, and triggers escalation as needed.
• Drives change and improvement in production processes and policies.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
