SIKKY MANUFACTURING is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead production scheduling, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and meet delivery targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing operations, strong leadership and project management skills, and a proven track record of implementing process improvements while managing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of process improvements and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Lead and motivate a team of production staff to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance and recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs to meet budget targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
