Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer demands.
  • Manage and develop a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and control production costs to meet budgetary goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely materials and equipment delivery.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations.

Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations. You will be a key member of our management team and will work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. Your role will involve managing a team of production staff, implementing and maintaining procedures, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
