Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Experience in inventory management and control.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of materials and finished goods.
• Oversee the supply chain, including sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product standards are met.
• Manage and mentor a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement company goals and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and manage production costs to meet budgetary goals.
• Prepare regular reports on production and operational performance for upper management.
