Job summary

Mercer Advisors seeks a Senior Manager, Program Operations (High Net Worth) to lead a cross-disciplinary HQ program remotely from the USA. You will partner with the Director of Client Development to optimize the HNW program, coordinating sales, tax, estate planning, and investments across specialists, and ensuring timely progress on opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales operations, program management, or revenue enablement in wealth/financial services.
• Strong Salesforce skills, dashboards and reporting.
• Working knowledge of tax, estate planning, financial planning, and investments.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales program day to day from opportunity creation to handoff.
• Define HSNW prospect stages and aging opportunities.
• Track active opportunities and drive movement when stalled.
• Serve as first stop for RVPs, CDAs, and specialists for templates and status.
• Own HNW pipeline data in Salesforce and create dashboards.
• Produce biweekly pipeline reporting for senior leaders.
