• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• One year of professional level experience in business administration or operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support day-to-day operations in partnership with Center leadership.
• Manage procurement and financial processes (POs, payments, invoices, reimbursements).
• Evaluate vendor proposals and assist with contract terms and pricing.
• Track deliverables, expenditures, timelines, and outcomes for grants and programs.
• Support grant applications and project administration processes.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff resources.
• Organize Center-sponsored meetings, trainings, and events; manage travel and expenses.
