University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus seeks a Business Operations Professional to provide comprehensive operational, financial, and administrative support for the Center for Prescription Drug Misuse Prevention. You will coordinate procurement, monitor grants, track expenditures, prepare reports, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.

The role engages with Center leadership, ensures compliance with funding rules, and supports program initiatives while enabling efficient service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, public administration, or related field.
• 1 year of professional level experience in business administration or operations.
• Substitution of education with related experience is allowed.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support day-to-day Center operations with leadership.
• Manage procurement, vendor payments, sponsorships, and invoices.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and assist with contract terms.
• Track grant deliverables, expenditures, timelines, and outcomes.
• Support grant applications and project administration processes.
• Provide recruitment and onboarding support, scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, travel, and events to improve efficiency.
