Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR 5+ years in data analysis, operational reporting, or process optimization.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer sponsorship not available.
• Experience turning data into executive-ready visuals using BI tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM and service management metrics.

Responsibilities

• Issue Analysis & Process Improvement: evaluate challenges to determine root causes in people, processes, or tools; conduct data analysis to uncover patterns.
• Data Visualization & Strategic Reporting: deliver data-driven insights to executives; translate data into dashboards and slide decks using Tableau; offer cross-functional recommendations.
• Tool Optimization & Cross-Functional Alignment: assess systems, recommend tool enhancements, and collaborate with Business Operations to refine dashboards.
