Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks an Operations ERP Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our ERP systems across enterprise processes. You will create engaging sessions, tailor content by role, and ensure alignment with standards.

This role requires travel to sites and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Remote or hybrid work is available with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA, Edison, NJ or Bend, OR.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EPC construction experience in roles such as Project/Field Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Controller.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; CMiC preferred.
• Proficiency with virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions for Operations end users.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and references.
• Tailor content to roles and workflows for relevance and effectiveness.
• Develop and manage a training development schedule and implementation plan.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reflect current company standards and needs.
• Coordinate with SMEs to validate training materials for accuracy.
• Gather feedback to assess training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Provide ongoing support for ERP-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Travel to company offices and job sites to deliver in-person training.
