Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a seasoned Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver training programs on ERP systems for Operations end users across projects. You will tailor content to roles, deliver in-person or virtual sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with company standards and best practices.

Remote or hybrid work is possible with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA, Edison, NJ or Bend, OR.

Qualifications

• Erp training delivery experience.
• CMiC ERP experience preferred.
• Strong project management knowledge including change management, budgeting, forecasting.
• Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions for Operations end users.
• Create and maintain training materials and guides.
• Tailor content to specific roles and workflows.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to validate accuracy of materials.
• Travel to offices and jobsites for in-person training.
