Celestica is seeking an Operations Support Manager - NPI to lead change management and process improvement initiatives across global operations. You will apply advanced knowledge in engineering, SCM, and quality processes to design, deploy and support operating models and control systems.

Collaboration with project sponsors and leaders is essential to drive on-time product introductions and supplier performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Eight plus years of experience.
• ISO, TL, QS, Baldrige knowledge is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of database design, system architecture, change management, and software engineering processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change management across Celestica projects and initiatives.
• Procure or develop education to support the CM methodology.
• Provide CM knowledge transfer to internal consultants and sponsors.
• Advise project leaders on effective change management practices.
• Establish and execute consulting agreements with project sponsors/leaders.
• Promote the use of change management within Celestica.
• Interact with senior management on CM issues.
