Job description

Roles and responsibilities :

1. Serve as the central point of contact for all field operations.
2. Act as a liaison between various field teams during emergency and abnormal operating conditions, including activation of the Incident Command System.
3. Possess basic knowledge of production, completions, workover, and drilling operations.
4. Monitor Apache’s onshore assets through surveillance and perform root cause analysis using Cygnet and Foresite.
5. Continuously monitor production facilities and wells to prioritize pump operations by Lease Operators.
6. Monitor alarms, participate in alarm management and rationalization, and adhere to the “Pump by Priority” program.
7. Operate control room equipment, including auto-chokes and automated systems, and troubleshoot abnormalities to minimize safety risks and economic losses.
8. Utilize Cygnet and ForeSite for well optimization and efficiency improvements.
9. Dispatch Lease Operators during issues, coordinate with field personnel, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
10. Input and track maintenance work-orders via K-2, and follow up until issues are resolved.
11. Maintain effective communication with all field personnel and provide daily updates through Teams and reports.
12. Coordinate third-party trucking for fluid delivery and transfer, ensuring proper disposal respecting contents of each truck.
13. Organize and coordinate services for field teams, including construction, drilling, completions, and flowback.
14. Initiate work orders and distribute field service orders via various communication channels.
15. Act as a liaison during emergencies and activate the Incident Command System as needed.
16. Develop reports for communication between teams using software like Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, GIS, or SAP.
17. Operate in-field camera systems for security and HSE monitoring, and manage gate access remotely.
18. Monitor field cameras at key locations to ensure safety and efficiency of operations.
19. Schedule crude oil pickups using Cygnet, maintaining proper tank levels, and review alarms via SCADA.
