Job summary

Energy Trust of Oregon is seeking an Operations Analyst Supervisor to lead a team of analysts and data specialists, delivering analytics, dashboards, and reports to multiple departments. The role requires building processes, coaching staff, and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.

The position reports to the Program Analytics Lead and may require quarterly office presence in Portland. Remote/hybrid options are available as the organization supports flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years’ professional experience in business analysis, data analysis, project management, energy programs, or related roles.
• 2 years in management or as a team lead preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Operations Analysts and Data Specialists.
• Manage team capacity, workload, and ensure high-quality output on time.
• Develop processes and documentation to support analytics services.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
• Provide data definitions, standards, and data quality oversight.
