Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in data management, automation, or related technical domains.
• Proven leadership experience in managing data/automation teams.
• Experience with governance for self-service reporting, low-code/no-code, or AI.
• Strong knowledge of data warehouses, ETL, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-wide data management, processing, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Drive workflow automation to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
• Lead the data and automation team to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
• Oversee data warehouses, ETL processes, and analytics data structures.
• Oversee low-code/no-code apps and AI-enabled automations with governance.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align platforms, architecture, standards, and delivery.
• Establish governance for data, reporting, automation, and AI across the organization.
