Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an OpenText xECM specialist to design, implement, and optimize enterprise content management solutions. The role involves integrating xECM with SAP and SharePoint, configuring workflows, and ensuring governance and compliance across on‑prem and cloud environments.

You will lead workshops, develop documentation, train users, and provide post‑go-live support to ensure long-term success of the deployed solutions. Remote work with global client exposure is offered.

Qualifications

• 4–9 years of experience in enterprise content management or OpenText consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText xECM—configuration, implementation, customization, and administration.
• Experience integrating ECM with SAP and SharePoint; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy OpenText xECM solutions tailored to governance and retention requirements.
• Integrate xECM with SAP, SharePoint, and Salesforce for seamless information exchange.
• Configure metadata schemas, workflows, and security policies using APIs and scripting tools.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define content governance frameworks.
• Manage xECM environments across on‑premises and cloud, with performance tuning and optimization.
• Implement governance and compliance practices aligned with policies and regulatory standards.
• Develop technical docs, deliver user training, and support knowledge transfer.
• Provide post‑go-live support and continuous improvements to deployed solutions.
