Job summary

Gravity IT Resources seeks an OpenText Analyst/Developer to design, administer, and optimize OpenText platforms across global operations. You will support Content Server, Archive Center, SAP-integrated processes, and SharePoint Online migrations, ensuring governance and compliance across enterprise content workflows.

The role requires 5–10+ years of ECM experience, strong communication, and ability to work with IT and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of enterprise content management experience, including hands‑on OpenText experience.
• Experience administering, maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing OpenText platforms.
• Knowledge of OpenText Content Server and related content/document management solutions, workflows, records retention, and governance.
• Strong SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 architecture experience, including leading large‑scale content migrations (ideally from OpenText to SharePoint).
• Understanding of information architecture, migration approaches, document lifecycle management, and records management.
• Experience supporting integrations between OpenText and enterprise applications, including SAP and engineering systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English and capable of supporting global, multi‑site operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support OpenText platforms for stability, security, and performance.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and support reliable operations across global sites.
• Maintain core OpenText services, including Content Server, Archive Center, Directory Services, and related solutions.
• Configure and enhance OpenText solutions, workflows, and document management processes.
• Support records retention, engineering document control, document lifecycle management, and compliance.
• Improve content governance, automation, and usability across enterprise processes.
• Develop and support integrations between OpenText platforms and SAP, engineering applications, and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain dependable content and document flows.
• Collaborate with application and platform teams on integration improvements.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into practical platform enhancements.
• Recommend improvements that strengthen governance, efficiency, and user experience.
• Support content architecture and migration planning aligned with business initiatives.
• Provide technical support, user guidance, and training for OpenText services.
• Maintain platform documentation and support procedures.
• Assist with upgrades, testing, project activities, and urgent maintenance.
