Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an xECM for Success Factors Consultant to design, implement, and optimize OpenText Extended ECM integrations with SAP SuccessFactors on a USA Remote basis. The role requires deep technical and consulting experience to support HR processes.

You will lead integration projects, configure HR-centric ECM workflows, and ensure compliance across GDPR, HIPAA, and EEOC while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• OpenText ECM expertise with document/records management, workflows, and archiving.
• Experience configuring ECM for HR use cases in SuccessFactors environments.
• Expertise with SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning.
• Hands-on integration of OpenText ECM with SuccessFactors via connectors or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations between OpenText ECM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Configure ECM solutions for HR use cases, workflows, and archiving.
• Optimize SuccessFactors modules by linking them with ECM content.
• Map metadata and ensure HR data aligns with content repositories.
• Ensure GDPR/HIPAA/EEOC compliance through retention and security.
• Troubleshoot, develop tailored integration solutions, and deliver enhancements.
• Lead or support projects using SAP Activate or Agile methods.
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and train HR/IT stakeholders.
• Explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences and show business impact.
