Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead meetings to communicate project timelines, milestones, and priorities.
  • Support revenue recognition activities and ensure timely documentation.

Position Requirements
  • Education and experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences 3 or more years of relevant experience preferred
  • Skills and abilities
    • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
    • Professional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with personnel at all levels of the organization
    • Must be able to coordinate and collaborate with other functional departments and sites
    • Ability to multi-task and/or manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to create, manage, track, and update histopathology deliverable schedules
    • Review study designs/protocols as it applies to scheduling histopathology work
    • Self-directed and creative thinker
    • Proficient in the use of computer software applications as needed (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, Smartsheet, ESM)
  • Performance Requirements
    • General Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and scientific protocols and reports
    • Manual dexterity to operate computer undefined
    • Physical activity Moderate physical activity: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support and participate in company initiatives as directed
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of facility SOPs, policies, study protocols, etc.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
  • Provide assistance or support to other Inotiv sites
  • Perform other duties as assigned Specific
  • Primarily support remote and on-site Pathologists with study coordination and daily operational needs.
  • Provide secondary support to the DTS Project Management Team and DSA Program Management Team.
  • Lead meetings to maintain and communicate pathology project schedules, timelines, milestones, and priorities.
  • Coordinate pathology start-up by gathering required documents, data, materials, and study information before pathology work begins.
  • Maintain visibility of upcoming and active pathology projects; identify and communicate scheduling conflicts, risks, or missing information.
  • Organize and maintain study materials, records, and documentation across shared servers, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, ESM, Smartsheet, HubSpot, and other required systems.
  • Support preparation of protocols, amendments, change orders, study updates, and other project documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external shipments of study-related materials.
  • Assist with project status updates, meeting coordination, action-item tracking, and cross-functional communication.
  • Support revenue recognition activities and documentation as needed.
  • Ensure study documentation is complete, accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable SOPs.
  • Use project-management tools and templates to track work, maintain records, and improve project visibility.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, scheduling, and document organization.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Salary Range

Salary Range: $60,000- $68,000, adjusted according to the level of the role and the candidate’s relevant experience and/or education. Salary will be commensurate with experience and responsibilities.

Additional Level Information
