Qualifications

• Customer-facing IT support experience with strong communication skills.

• Ability to document steps clearly and manage multiple issues concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for desktops, printers, and networks.
• Open and track trouble tickets from identification through resolution.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, software, and line-of-business applications.
• Create detailed documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Maintain high reliability and professional communication with clients.
