Sales Match is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to handle inbound customer questions, provide clear product information, and document interactions for future context. This fully remote, desk-based role is based in Ohio and requires a 40-hour weekly commitment, with varying shifts.

You will use Salesforce Service Cloud and Zoho CRM, review references, and communicate solutions in straightforward language.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
No experience required; related experience preferred.
Clear spoken and written communication.
Ability to work remotely and maintain a 40-hour week.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Mansioni

Receive customer questions via calls, emails, and tickets, review before acting.
Review account info and prior interactions to avoid repetition.
Provide accurate explanations using approved materials.
Use Salesforce Service Cloud to manage tickets.
Record details and summaries in Zoho CRM.
Handle calls using Five9 and explain next steps.
Coordinate with internal contacts for needed info.
Follow up on pending responses and escalate when needed.
Close requests with outcomes and actions.
Maintain quality with timely responses and detailed notes.
