Stride, Inc. is hiring a remote High School Math Teacher for its Digital Academy of Texas (DATX). The role delivers online math instruction, supports students individually, and uses Stride K12’s LMS to monitor progress. Telework is standard, with occasional travel for state testing and professional development.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, an active state license, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. This is a full-time remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and active state teaching license required.
• Ability to interpret and present numeric and graphical student data to drive instruction.
• Experience teaching online or in a virtual environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed math curriculum in an online environment with asynchronous and synchronous tools.
• Maintain grade book, monitor progress, and alert administrators to concerns.
• Support learning coaches/parents with curricular issues and virtual classroom troubleshooting.
• Travel occasionally for professional development and testing as required.
