Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks a remote High School Math Teacher for the Digital Academy of Texas (DATX). The role delivers online coursework, monitors student progress in the Stride K12 LMS, and supports learners and parents within a flexible home-office setup.

This full-time position may require travel for testing and professional development as needed. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and active state teaching license, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with online learning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree AND Active state teaching license.
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce data visualizations to guide instruction.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience teaching online or in a brick-and-mortar environment.

Responsibilities

Augments course content using asynchronous and synchronous tools under guidance from principal and coach.
Maintains grade book, ensures student academic integrity, and informs admins about progress.
Supports learning coaches/parents with curricular issues and troubleshooting in a virtual classroom.
Travels approximately 20% of the time for professional development and student testing.
