Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a remote Technical Lead to manage AMS for a Property & Casualty insurance environment, focusing on the OneShield Policy Administration system. You will lead production support, incident management, and application enhancements, coordinating with offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong OneShield, Java, and P&C experience, and a track record of guiding technical teams in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 10 years of software development experience with at least 8 years on the OneShield platform.
• Hands-on experience with OneShield Designer, OneShield Policy Administration, and OneShield Core 6.x+.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production support activities and resolve incidents and service requests while meeting SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis of production defects and coordinate fixes.
• Design, develop, configure, and implement enhancements to the OneShield Policy Administration application.
• Lead development and customization of OneShield components: Workflow, Business Rules, Rating, Data Modeling, DAP, UI, Transformations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, offshore teams, and QA to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor onsite and offshore development teams and ensure coding standards and security guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to analyze requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
