Job summary

• Implements OnCore calendar SOPs and QA for calendar configurations and workflows.
• Performs system testing and QA during upgrades and enhancements.
• Provides technical support to analysis teams and other OnCore users on calendar functionality.
• Generates ad hoc reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Assists in creating learning materials for OnCore calendars and workflows.
