Stanford University is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Project Manager to support precancer research, clinical initiatives, and operational excellence within the Canary Center and Cancer Clinical Trials Office. You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholders, and drive program goals from inception to completion.

Qualifying candidates will have 5+ years of oncology trials PM/regulatory experience, HIPAA knowledge, and strong communication skills to disseminate knowledge

Formación

• Master's degree in cancer research or a cancer-related field; Doctoral degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management and regulatory experience in national and international oncology clinical trials.
• Experience with multidisciplinary research teams, patient engagement, and multi-site grant submissions.
• Regulatory knowledge: HIPAA, data security, regulatory processes; experience with IRB submissions, DUA/MTA, and clinicaltrials.gov.
• Analytical, organizational and budget-management skills; ability to navigate complex clinical trial organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate clinical needs into actionable plans and present at national/international meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional projects from inception through completion.
• Coordinate clinical, research, and administrative stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goals.
• Develop and implement strategic programs focused on precancer research and operational excellence.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and evaluate trends to inform decision-making.
• Provide mentorship to program staff and contribute to outreach, partnerships and fundraising.
