Stanford University is seeking a strategic Project Manager within the Division of General Surgery to support the Canary Center and Cancer Clinical Trials Office. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion, coordinating clinical, research, and administrative stakeholders to ensure timely achievement of program goals.

Ideal candidates have a Master's (Doctoral preferred) in cancer research and at least five years of PM and regulatory experience in oncology trials, with

• Master's degree in cancer research or related field; PhD preferred
• 5+ years in project management and regulatory oncology trials
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multi-site submissions
• Familiarity with regulatory processes (HIPAA, IRB, DUAs, MTAs)
• Ability to manage budgets and interpret research findings
