Job summary

Parexel FSP is seeking a Clinical Study Physician for a fully remote role in the United States. Oncology experience is required. You will provide medical oversight from trial design through reporting, collaborating with global teams to ensure high-quality data and patient safety.

The role emphasizes medical leadership, risk-based monitoring, and regulatory responsiveness. Minimum MD with 4+ years of active clinical experience is required; CRO/pharma exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• MD must be licensed to practice medicine in the US.
• Minimum 4 years of active clinical experience; internal medicine or general practice preferred.
• Experience in pharma industry or CRO clinical development is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Medical oversight across trial design, conduct and reporting.
• Medical input into trial protocols and core documents.
• Risk-based medical quality monitoring and issue resolution.
• Respond to medical queries from investigators and sponsor teams.
• Lead medical assessments and provide training and mentoring.
