Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Study Physician for a fully remote role with oncology experience. The SP will carry medical responsibilities across trials, provide medical oversight from design to reporting, and collaborate with global teams to ensure high-quality clinical development outcomes.

The role requires strong medical expertise, regulatory understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment. No geographic limit applies as a remote position.

Qualifications

• MD (Physician) with medical thesis.
• Minimum 4 years of active clinical experience; internal medicine or general practice preferred.
• Experience in pharma industry or CRO in medical, project management or global pharmacovigilance functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight across trial phases from protocol to CTR.
• Lead medical content for protocols, CQMPs, and SAE/ICF where applicable.
• Respond to medical queries from Investigators, CROs, and Sponsor teams.
• Support Endpoint Adjudication, DMC/DSMB/SC processes as needed.
• Train and mentor site staff and investigators as part of trial startups.
