Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Study Physician for a fully remote role in the United States. The position requires oncology experience and a strong medical oversight skill set to guide trials from design through reporting.

The SP will contribute to protocol content, quality monitoring, and regulatory interactions while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a global environment. Doctor of Medicine with 4+ years of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• MD degree with medical license.
• Minimum of 4 years of active clinical experience; specialty in internal medicine or general practice preferred.
• Experience in pharma/CRO environments and clinical development advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight for trials from design through Clinical Trial Report.
• Ensure medical content of protocols aligns with trial design and ICH-GCP.
• Lead medical quality monitoring and risk-based clinical oversight.
• Address medical queries from investigators, CROs, and sponsor teams.
• Contribute to scientific publications and trial communications.
