Job summary

Parexel is actively seeking a Clinical Study Physician for a fully remote role focused on oncology. The SP will assume clinical medical responsibilities across trial design, conduct and reporting, providing medical oversight and expert input from start-up through trial close-out.

The role requires Oncology experience, MD physician qualifications, and the ability to work across global teams in a fast-paced environment while adhering to ICH-GCP and Parexel standards.

Qualifications

• Physician MD with clinical trial exposure.
• Minimum 4 years of active clinical experience; internal medicine/general practice preferred.
• Experience in pharma or CRO environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Medical content for Clinical Trial Protocols and related documents.
• Provide medical oversight during trial conduct and data reviews.
• Contribute to CQMP, CQMP updates and iPD coordination.
• Respond to medical queries from investigators and sponsor teams.
• Support regulatory responses and site feasibility input.
