Novartis is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to advance clinical practice within an assigned field-based territory across Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois. This remote opportunity emphasizes scientific engagement with HCPs, data discussions, and medical insights while adhering to compliance policies.

You will partner with internal teams to map territories, identify key stakeholders, and drive strategic medical initiatives.

Qualificações

• Graduate degree in science or healthcare required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Experience in field medical or MSL roles is expected; 0-3 or 3-7 years as described by leveling guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, treatment guidelines, and regulatory requirements for pharma industry.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with healthcare professionals to advance clinical practice in the territory.
• Develop territory plans with key accounts and identify opportunities for partnerships.
• Provide clinical trial support and collaborate with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of therapeutic area and Novartis products.
• Ensure compliance with policies, travel, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize CRM tools and profiling to keep customer data up to date.
• Drive personal and professional development and strategic territory evolution.
