Novartis is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to work remotely in a field-based role supporting the Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Illinois regions. The MSL will engage healthcare professionals, educate on disease states and therapies, and contribute to the medical strategy.

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in science or healthcare, with a doctoral degree preferred, and substantial experience in a field medical role within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Graduate degree in science or healthcare required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Experience as MSL or field medical role in pharma.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical trial processes.

• Engage with HCPs and thought leaders to advance medical strategy.
• Develop territory plans and map key accounts to drive medical engagements.
• Provide clinical trial support and collaborate with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, regulations, and Novartis guidelines.
