Job summary

The MSL collaborates across Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams, maintains therapeutic area expertise, complies with policies, and travels up to 60-70% as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in science or healthcare required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Experience for Manager Level: 0–3 years in field medical/MSL; OR 3–5 years in medical affairs/clinical research.
• Experience for Associate Director Level: minimum 3 years in field medical/MSL; OR 5–7 years in medical affairs/clinical research.
• Strong clinical knowledge including pharmacotherapy and clinical research processes.
• Must reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–70%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with HCPs and thought leaders to advance medical strategy.
• Provide clinical trial support and work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to advance therapeutic area goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and external regulations.
• Complete administrative tasks (CRM, expenses, compliance) timely.
