Pfizer is seeking a field-based medical expert to support the Thoracic oncology portfolio across California, Nevada, and Hawaii. You will deliver approved medical and scientific education to healthcare professionals, surface insights to inform medical strategy, and help identify potential clinical trial sites and ISR support, all while prioritizing patient outcomes.

You will lead territory engagement, present across multiple channels, coordinate with Medical Information and HQ Medical Affairs,

Competenze

• PharmD/PhD or equivalent terminal degree preferred with 6+ years of relevant experience; MBA/MSc acceptable with 8+ years.
• Demonstrated breadth of leadership experiences and ability to influence cross-functionally.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills and conflict management.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute Medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers; coordinate with Pfizer colleagues.
• Maintain knowledge of disease states and Pfizer medicines for internal/external stakeholders.
• Serve as Medical Information conduit; share customer insights with Pfizer.
• Lead advisory boards; manage inquiries from HCPs; collaborate on trial site identification.
• Provide Medical support during ISR process; stay current with congress data and literature.
• Own territory with strategic planning, prioritization, and accountability for medical impact.
• Communicate with Patient Advocacy Groups; deliver local insights to inform strategy.
