Job summary

Integra Connect, LLC is seeking a remote, full-time Program and Project Coordinator to advance oncology-focused strategic programs, including the Integra Oncology Council, by coordinating internal teams and external KOLs.

You will blend project execution with KOL relationship management, use Salesforce and Wrike, and travel up to 30% for IOC meetings, collaborating across scientific, analytics, and commercial groups in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required.
• 7+ years in strategic programs, scientific engagement, or medical affairs.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inputs and deliverables across research, analytics, and commercial teams.
• Manage KOL engagements, meetings, and follow-ups with clear ownership.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Wrike; track milestones and risks.
• Develop scalable processes and dashboards to improve execution quality.
