Integra Connect is seeking a qualified leader to drive quality improvement projects in oncology across life science customers and provider partners. You will oversee project lifecycles, coordinating analysts, data engineers, and clinicians to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Your role involves presenting findings to executive leadership, expanding QI offerings, and guiding teams through evolving oncology guidelines while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare project management and analytics experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage quality improvement projects across life science customers and oncology partners to meet timelines and deliver results.
• Guide analysts to produce high quality, relevant analytical outputs.
• Present results to oncology leadership and life science executives.
• Embrace ongoing learning of oncology guidelines to guide deliverables.
• Recommend enhancements to project execution and act as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with sales, PMs, and account managers to meet customer expectations.
• Support growth via new customer acquisitions and strategies for the quality initiative program.
• Meet with customers to gather feedback and implement improvements.
• Provide weekly status updates using project management tools.
• Deliver monthly updates for assigned practices.
